Pop corn, or cop porn?

The airline should be able to offer what ever service it wishes, being private property. And should thus suffer or be rewarded the consequinces of their decision. There are many options availible to the airlines to make their customers happy. The government has already overstepped it's bounds enough and doesn't need any more power over the indiviual. Honestly, I think people who are wanting to watch porn in public perhaps need mental help, but I am not expert on the norms of such a matter. There's nothing wrong with offering the internet, and it's their right to censor it on their plane, however, such filters are easily bypassed, and not the root of the problem, i.e. a person with porn on his flash drive. The easiest solution is just make a rule and enforce it, doing nothing is not the best decision, but a decision that is their's to make.

  1. What if there were a child sitting next to the passenger who was attempting to view porn. Could this person be charged with any sort of crime? Endangering a minor? Some sort of paedophilia crime? Would the airline bear any of the burden were something like this to happen, even if the viewing were accidental. I understand that we should not restrict airlines rights to govern their passengers, and that maybe airlines shouldn't be able to govern individual decision, but there ought to be a way to convince people to act decently.
